Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (Delivery date according to USPS tracking).
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (if applicable).
There are certain situations where only partial store credit may be granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Return for Store Credit (if applicable): ☆
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund for store credit.
If you are approved, then you will be contacted with a specific, one-time-use code for the original purchasing amount (within 10 business days).
Sale items (if applicable): ☆
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. Unfortunately, sale and discounted items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable): ☆
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our manufacturing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
To return your product, follow instructions in the e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org. We have multiple shipping locations, so this may vary depending on where the original item was shipped from.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Necklaces ship faster than our clothing does! ☆ please read our return policy before purchasing ☆ if you purchase more than one clothing item, they will all be shipped separately, no tracking info will be added. Simply email us for your tracking info.
Necklace and choker sets are shipped out 1-2 days after purchasing.
All our clothing orders are normally processed within 1-2 day(s) and shipped within 2-6 business days. Deliveries may take on average (8)-25 business days and in very rare cases longer.
To avoid scamming ☆
We base all of our orders on tracking that USPS and China air gives us, we simply cannot refund or give store credit if our customer states that they never received their order. If our tracking information says "delivered". We cannot give you a refund.
